Alice’s Garden Bando

This upcycle design was originally a head band. Extremely elastic  bando and straps. This mesh material is one of my favorites I had to make it into a top it sparkles with chrome colors with black adjustable straps. A light slit in the middled for better fitting. The white inside lining is a soft butterfly elastic cotton material for soft comfort and lining contrast. Shear black frill boards the bottom to match the black straps.
